Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Jobyo, operated by NidSons Inc. (o/a Jobyo). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page.
1. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial so you can evaluate Jobyo. Trials are generally limited to one per company. If you do not add a payment method or cancel before the trial ends, your access may pause or your paid subscription may begin, as disclosed at sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial period.
2. Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel beforehand.
- Additional users and usage-based charges (such as document-scan allowances above your plan limit) are billed according to the plan and any add-ons you select.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST/QST), which will be added where required.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before your access ends.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan. Upgrades take effect promptly and may adjust your charges; downgrades generally take effect at your next renewal. Downgrading may reduce available features, users, or usage allowances, and you are responsible for staying within your plan’s limits.
6. Price Changes
We may change our prices or plan features. We will provide advance notice by email or in-app message, and changes take effect on your next renewal. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Failed Payments and Suspension
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If the balance remains unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is made, and continued non-payment may result in termination as described in our Terms of Service.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise and custom plans are sold directly and may be governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over this policy to the extent of any conflict.
